I commit to using my voice and power to push back against federal dollars dictating how Wyoming educates its students.   It is time to take back our government and redirect ourselves away from overreaching, unsustainable, and reckless federal takeovers currently highlighted in programs such as “Race for the Top” fiscally securing further federal control over education in our states and communities.  We can take back our country by re-establishing limited government, efficiency, and less bureaucracy close to home. Wyoming doesn’t need additional funding. We need better leadership, which focuses on what is best in the classroom as opposed to not protecting the system.
